This will be a quick post. I found another waterfall dresser ($35 for this one but more on that later) and I was painting it when my husband lost his mind. He was upset because I hadn’t filled in all the little nicks in the dresser.
This dresser is over 80 years old. It should have some wear marks on it. To me that’s what proves it’s had a life and isn’t a brand new reproduction. That’s is where all the character is in these pieces; in the imperfections.
No for my tastes I’ll just grab my little art brushes and fill in the nicks.
