I am Stacy Verdick Case, owner of Peony Lane Designs and the creator of Junkin with Stacy on YouTube. I rebuild and re-love old broken down furniture and hunt vintage treasures for resale.
A native of Minnesota, I still work and live in the great white north. As much as we joke about the cold I wouldn’t trade Minnesota for anywhere else in the world.
In past lives I’ve worked in recording studios, as an exporter, and as an accountant. I’m much happier while I’m hunting junk like the pieces in the photo above.
When I’m not digging through old barns and dirty garages, you can find me hanging out with my Husband Jeff, my Daughter Victoria, our dog Margot and our cats Meeko and Star.

Clarifying How I Work With Brands
Lately, I’ve had a lot of brands reach out wanting to “collaborate”. It’s become clear that I need to clearly outline what I will and won’t do when working with companies.
First and foremost, I am NOT an influencer. I am a business owner who takes what I do very seriously. I have years of experience working with DIY products and my community trusts me. I won’t violate that trust.
Your product or service must be of use to my audience. I am not the person you want to contact to promote your new line of kids toys or men’s shaving products. Please review my content and make sure your product fits before reaching out.
If I choose to work with you, it’s because I value your product or service and your company. My expectation is your company in return values me and mine.

Work for free product
Work for only commissions
Work from a scripted message (Buy a commercial or an ad if this is what you want)
I Will:
Review products on my website or social media channels.
Create video content for compensation. These include unboxing videos, trying the product for the first time, reviews, and tutorials. These videos can be used by the brand for a fee.
Create social media videos/content for a fee
Create sponsored blog posts for a fee
Allow brands to advertise inside of a blog post for a fee
