I’m so excited to be working with Retro Clean to restore the 1960’s Wedding gown I rescued from the “Bloody Bride” rack. Seriously why would someone put a gorgeous hand made wedding dress
from the 1960’s on the bloody bride rack? NOT on my watch!
If you’ve been reading for awhile the you know I have my own soak that I use on stubborn stains but it’s not very gentle. I would never use it on delicate dresses like this vintage wedding gown. I just wouldn’t trust it.
But I know I can trust Retro Clean. I used it to soak a delicate damask table cloth the first time I tried it. I was trying to get out a small set in stain. It got it out and so much more. I though the damask tablecloth was cream but it wasn’t. It was now white! The water turn brown FAST. I though the cloth was clean but it was just the yellowing from age.
When I found the dress I reached out to Retro Clean to see if they wanted to work together and I’m so grateful they said yes! And they wanted to give my readers and viewers! Win! WIn!
