Welcome to the 100 Projects in 100 Days challenge!
The whole thing didn’t start out to be a challenge but here we are anyway. Here’s how the whole thing went down. 2020 was the year I wanted to get a grip on my shop and my inventory storage. Since we finished our basement and everything hidden down there had to find a new home. That in itself was a challenge.
Lucky for me, I have an amazing support system of family who jumped in to help. My husband crafted large rolling shelves to contain my inventory and my sister (the original Junkin’ Buddy) came over to help organize everything. She has incredible spatial recognition, so her help was very badly required.
Anyway, through this Herculean process, I discovered a bunch of projects that I had either started and not finished, prepped but never started, or never even gave it a second thought after tossing it into my stash and promptly forgot about.
On the Daily Vlog on my YouTube channel I made the comment that I should do 1 project a day. That germinated into 1 project a day for 100 days.
As I kept thinking about it, I mentioned it over and over. Probably in an effort to convince myself I was going to do it.
Then viewers started to chime in saying they were on board and would be joining me on my 100 projects in 100 days.
Well heck! Now it’s an event! A challenge!
Now it’s something we can all do together and support each other through.

How 100 Projects in 100 Days is Going to Work
We are starting on January 2nd. There is no way I can get myself together on the 1st so we aren’t going to start that day. We’re giving ourself a little grace.
Each day we’re going to tackle a project or a piece of a larger project. Our goal for that day is to complete that one project or piece of a larger project.
Can I do More than one project a day?
Yes, absolutely! I’m probably going to do this to get ahead on projects for the weeks I’m working at the shop or other parts of life will interfere with getting things done.
The ultimate goal is 100 complete projects (or 1 large project) at the end of 100 days.
Progress over perfection is going to be our mantra. We are going to show ourselves Kindness & Grace.
How Do We Report In?
Accountability is important if we want to keep on track. So is celebration and support! That’s why I created a Facebook Group just for us to do just that. Each Day drop in and show us your stuff!
Okay, so I know there are people who hate Facebook and won’t use them. If you prefer to post on Instagram the use the hashtag:
